Phosgene is a highly reactive gas, mainly used in the production of isocyanates and polycarbonates, as well as in the fine chemicals and pharmaceutical industries. Since phosgene is also a highly toxic gas, its preparation and use are usually carried out in the same factory, making safety the top priority.

BCT has developed a unique phosgene generation system that can produce phosgene as needed, preventing phosgene liquefaction or storage, and minimizing the risk of explosion and leakage. High-standard equipment materials, double-layer protection, comprehensive safety monitoring, and powerful cleaning settings ensure that phosgene does not enter ambient air under any circumstances.
